To complement the annual customer satisfaction survey routine, LITEONMOBILE will introduce project-specific satisfaction surveys in the beginning of 2009. The aim of this quick, user-friendly and topical survey is, on one hand, to provide an easy and efficient way to give feedback on each project and, on the other hand, to give LITEONMOBILE program management tools to develop ways of working already during the course of the project.
- Project feedback is gathered in two phases. The first survey invitation is sent after the manufacturing concept creation and the second one after the project ramp-up, says Vesa Vähämöttönen, Senior Vice President, Account and Program Management.
Survey invitations are sent by email and they include a personal link to the digital survey tool.
