Split-line polishing, painting, and CNC milling technologies are essential for making the injection-molded covers smooth and flawless. Split-line polishing removes the unevenness at the edges caused by tooling, and polishes the surface into a slick and smooth curve before being painted. One-piece body structures require exclusive painting around the cover for solid coloring and high-quality results for the entire surface. CNC milling technology cuts very accurate holes for cameras, side keys, power buttons, and more.
From the plastic one piece body to the whole package, we offer a Glass Insert Molded solution for windows with integrated touch functionality, and a die-casted metal-alloy chassis supplemented with antennas, mechanics, flex circuits, and Printed Wired Board (PWB) sub-assembly.
