Exclusivity with decorated metal covers

Digital photos transferred directly to your metal product? Yes, it is possible. Take a picture, convert it to black & white, and Lite-On Mobile's special laser units can use it to decorate any flat (2D) metal  cover. Only grey shades, black and white are used, but with different coatings colours can also be created – try out golden PVD, or transparent e-coating, or maybe anodizing green shades.

The technology is suitable for stainless steel and aluminium, and it won't fade out easily. The idea has been studied carefully, and although big areas can take some time and money to print, it is an excellent way to differentiate exclusive products. And a smaller picture, like a decorated logo, is more suitable for a mass production, too.

The possibilities do not end there, though. If your products demand a more colourful world, painting has no limitations, just name your shade. It does not matter if there is metal and plastic integrated, the same colour can be obtained for both.

Or perhaps you would like to play with different finishings – try our dual finish technology. With that we can create different areas for the surface. Create your own geometry of brushed hairlines and polished shapes, for example.  This technology also allows seamless design between dual materials and surfaces.
