Special ink penetrates into PC material and can make three-dimensional, transparent, gradient or carbon-fibre effects. Digital printing is price competitive compared with normal painting with multiple colours.
Almost every colour except white is available. Extremely thin design (0.05 mm width) is possible. The technology can be used for elements such as housing cases, windows, keypads, and is also suitable for small batches. The preferred object material is PC (polycarbonate). Otherwise, a base coat is necessary.
