15.6.2010 Lite-On Mobile Pte. Ltd./Perlos and Young Fast Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. to form a joint venture for touch panel modules

Lite-On Mobile Pte. Ltd./Perlos, a 100%-owned subsidiary of LiteOn Technology Corporation (TW: 2301), and Young Fast Optoelectronics Co., Ltd (TW: 3622), announced today to jointly form a company for touch panel module business. Lite-On Mobile will account for 65% of the joint venture stake, while Young Fast will take 35%.
